Our recent webinar about our ground breaking Real-time Personalisation work with Ageas Insurance went down really well. Connecting Real-time to FastStats (or your database) and combining online and offline data is a big topic at the moment and it’s easy to see why with the way that Ageas have pushed insurance onto a whole new level.
Daniel Guest, R-cubed’s Commercial Director hosted the event and was joined by Jo Young, R-cubed’s Client Partner who was the main architect for the Ageas project. Also joining Daniel and Jo was Andy Mason, Head of Knowledge Management at Ageas Retail Ltd, who spearheaded the whole project.
During the webinar the panel really delved into the detail of the data, the technology and how Ageas have used a combination of both to improve conversion, on and offline.
